How your money is held
Backed by Stripe, not by us.
When you deposit funds with Adryse, they go directly into our Stripe platform balance, held by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — a licensed e-money institution regulated under EU PSD2 rules. Adryse never custodies your money in its own bank account.
When a publisher drives a conversion, we lock the commission against your balance immediately and instruct Stripe to transfer it to the publisher when the approval window closes. Money flows directly from Stripe to the publisher, never through Adryse's own bank accounts.
The result: a clean audit trail, regulated fund custody, and a simple guarantee for both sides. You always know where your money is, publishers always know their earnings are real.
All of this applies to brands that sign directly with Adryse — the experience described on this page. Adryse also sources additional brand offers via partner affiliate networks for our publishers' bootstrap catalog, but those operate under the partner network's terms and are a separate operational layer. As a brand, signing direct gets you Stripe-held prepaid balance protection, the full feature set, and the strongest economics for your publishers.

Brand FAQ
How do I integrate?
Three options: (1) install our Shopify app and we configure everything automatically, (2) drop our pixel on your thank-you page, or (3) send us a server-to-server postback. We help you pick the right path during onboarding.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes. You can close your account at any time and we'll refund your unused available balance via Stripe, less a small admin fee. Conversions in the approval window settle first (around 90 days total wind-down + settlement). Full details in our brand terms.
What if a publisher commits fraud?
We run automatic velocity and anomaly checks on every conversion. Suspect conversions are flagged and held for manual review. If a conversion is rejected, the locked funds are released back to your available balance immediately.
What does the 35% override actually mean?
If your commission to publishers is 10% on a €200 sale, the publisher receives €20 and you pay Adryse €7 (35% of €20). Total cost on that conversion: €27, or 13.5% of the sale value. There are no other fees beyond Stripe payment processing, which we pass through transparently on deposits.
Do you charge VAT?
EU brands outside Sweden: reverse charge applies (no VAT charged on our invoice, you account for it). Sweden: 25% moms charged. Outside EU: no VAT. We validate VAT numbers via VIES during onboarding.
